Q: Why can't I see the final discount price?
A: After entering the promotional code, the final discount price, including the 15% or 25% off, will appear on the confirmation page before finalizing the order.
Q: Why did my order come in more than one shipment?
A: We have three suppliers at Mics and More Online. If your order needs to be fulfilled by more than one, those items will be shipped separately.
Q: Why isn't there a regular discount on the selection of Blue Microphones?
A: Blue manufacturer's have a MAP (minimum advertised price) which is the same as the retail price. As a result of this we offer a 25% store promotion discount for all of Blue's products.
Q: Why don't I see the FREE shipping for orders over $200.00 on the shopping cart page?
A: The shipping charge will be removed automatically on the checkout page before confirmation of the order.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Remember all orders over $200.00 receive the FREE SHIPPING discount. This is automatically removed at the final stage of checkout. (no promotional code necessary)
